VisitThieves Steal Three Humvees, Including One Armored, and Equipment From U.S. Army Reserve Center in Tustin, California

Thieves broke into the U.S. Army Reserve Center in Tustin, California, stealing three Humvees, including one armored vehicle, along with a variety of military equipment. The break-in occurred between 8 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on January 8, 2025. The stolen items include 8 machine gun vehicle mounts, 7 free-standing machine gun tripods, medical equipment, 40 pairs of binoculars, and 18 bayonets. No weapons or additional ammunition were reported missing. The suspects cut a fence to access the military vehicle parking lot and also attempted to break into an area where uniforms are stored but were unsuccessful. The Tustin Police Department is currently investigating the incident and has not identified any suspects.
