Sony's 'The Garfield Movie' has taken the top spot at the box office, grossing $3.7 million on Friday and an estimated $13 million over the weekend. This brings its total domestic gross to over $40 million. On Thursday, 'Garfield' earned $1.8 million, followed by 'Furiosa' with $1.7 million and 'IF' with $1.4 million. Despite receiving rave reviews, 'Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga' is struggling at the box office, earning $3 million on Friday and an estimated $11 million over the weekend. Paramount's family film 'IF' also performed well, grossing $2.86 million on Friday and an estimated $11 million over the weekend, bringing its total domestic gross to $72.49 million and $80 million overall.
