Tesla has signed a lease for a 150,000-square-foot site in College Point, Queens, New York, marking a significant expansion of its presence in the area. The company plans to construct its largest sales, delivery, and service center globally at this location, which will encompass a total of 163,000 square feet. The facility will include approximately 500 parking spots, with 20 designated for electric vehicle charging. Construction is set to begin in 2025. Additionally, Tesla is developing a project named 'Oasis', which will become the largest Supercharger station in the world, featuring 168 stalls powered by solar energy and Megapacks, also scheduled to open in 2025.
