Sep 30, 2024, 01:47 AM
Tesla has officially rolled out Full Self-Driving (FSD) version 12.5.4 and 12.5.5 to its fleet, including the Cybertruck, marking a significant milestone in the company's autonomous driving technology. The latest FSD updates have been released to a large percentage of eligible vehicles, with FSD 12.5.4 now available to approximately 75-90% of eligible Tesla vehicles and Vision Autopark for Cybertruck on 90-100% of Cybertrucks. The new FSD version, supervised, has garnered positive feedback from users, with many praising its improved performance, including better handling of complex driving scenarios and tighter parking spaces. Additionally, the Cybertruck has received FSD 12.5.5, which includes an end-to-end highway driving stack, further enhancing its autonomous capabilities. Tesla's FSD technology continues to evolve, promising safer and more efficient transportation solutions. Actually Smart Summon (ASS) is also part of the update, allowing vehicles to navigate parking lots autonomously. The Cybertruck's FSD release is an early access build, and the rollout was completed within September as promised. The latest version, 2024.32.20, is now available for download.
