VisitTesla Recalls 23,000 Cybertruck Pickup Trucks Over Windshield Wiper, Trim Issues
Jun 25, 2024, 10:34 AM
Tesla Inc. is recalling approximately 23,000 of its 2024 Cybertruck electric pickup trucks in the U.S. due to issues with the windshield wiper and loose exterior trim, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). The recall includes 11,688 vehicles for the windshield wiper failure, which can reduce visibility and increase the risk of crashes, and 11,383 vehicles for the loose applique in the trunk bed, which can create road hazards and detachment risk. This marks the fourth recall for Tesla's futuristic new Cybertruck.
