VisitTesla Model Y Nears Top Spot in U.S. Vehicle Sales, Trails Toyota RAV4 with 2.8% Market Share

The Tesla Model Y is on the verge of becoming the best-selling vehicle in the United States, closely trailing the Toyota RAV4. According to new data from Experian, the Model Y has achieved a 2.8% market share through Q2 2024, up from 2.6% in Q1. This marks the highest share ever for the Model Y in the U.S. market. The former top-selling vehicle, the Ford F-150, has now fallen to third place. Stellantis has experienced a significant decline. EV share in the U.S. has risen to 9.0%.
