Tesla investors are urging a judge to reject a record $7 billion legal fee request in the case over Elon Musk's pay. The Delaware Chancery Court Judge Kathaleen St. J. McCormick, who previously voided Musk's $56 billion pay package, will hear arguments on this matter. Lawyers representing the plaintiffs in the case are seeking a fee of approximately $7.3 billion worth of Tesla stock. This decision follows the judge's earlier ruling that Musk's 2018 compensation plan for running Tesla was excessive.
