British tech entrepreneur Mike Lynch is missing after his luxury superyacht, named Bayesian, sank off the coast of Sicily during a violent storm. The incident occurred near Palermo, and rescue operations are currently underway, although they are being hindered by rough seas. Lynch, who has been described as 'Britain's Bill Gates', was recently acquitted in a high-profile legal case related to HP-Autonomy. The £14m yacht was reportedly struck by a tornado, leading to its sinking. One person has been confirmed dead, and six others, including four British nationals and Lynch, are still unaccounted for. Lynch's wife was among 15 people rescued from the incident.
