A 26-year-old Syrian national has turned himself in to German police, claiming responsibility for a deadly knife attack in Solingen. The attack, which occurred on Friday, left three people dead and eight others wounded during a festival marking the city's 650th anniversary. The Islamic State group has claimed responsibility for the stabbings.
