Synthesia, a London-based artificial intelligence startup specializing in AI-generated video avatars for business, has secured $180 million in a Series D funding round led by NEA. The investment has propelled the company's valuation to $2.1 billion, making it one of the UK's largest AI companies by valuation. The platform, which enables enterprises to create lifelike video avatars for corporate communications, has attracted over 60,000 businesses as customers, including more than 60% of the Fortune 100.
