The World Health Organization (WHO) in Gaza has announced that it has surpassed its polio vaccination targets for children within the first three days of a mass campaign. According to WHO representative Rik Peeperkorn, the organization has inoculated about a quarter of children under the age of 10. This achievement, announced on Tuesday, marks significant progress in the health initiative aimed at eradicating polio in the region.
