VisitSupreme Court Upholds Bail for Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren in Money Laundering Case on July 29
Jul 29, 2024, 07:04 AM
The Supreme Court has declined the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) appeal against the Jharkhand High Court's decision to grant bail to Chief Minister Hemant Soren in a money laundering case linked to an alleged land scam. The ED had challenged the High Court's order, but the Supreme Court found no reason to interfere, affirming the bail granted to Soren.
