America First Legal, a legal group founded by former Trump advisor Stephen Miller, has filed a federal lawsuit against IBM's subsidiary Red Hat. The lawsuit alleges that Red Hat's diversity hiring goals resulted in discriminatory practices and the wrongful termination of a former White male employee. The suit claims that these practices violate anti-discrimination laws by implementing what are described as illegal anti-white and anti-male quotas.
