SpaceX's Polaris Dawn mission has successfully launched, marking a historic milestone as it aims to conduct the first-ever private spacewalk. The mission, which will be the highest human spaceflight since the Apollo program, is set to feature a five-day journey where the crew will also test Starlink-laser based communications. The extravehicular activity (EVA) is planned for September 12th. The mission launched aboard a Falcon 9 rocket from the Kennedy Space Center. The event will be available via live broadcast.
