Six Structures Involved in Three Separate Fires in San Jose

Multiple homes were on fire in a residential area of San Jose just off Quimby Road on Sunday evening. Firefighters battled three separate structure fires burning simultaneously in the same area of east San Jose. The structure fires were in close proximity to one another, and a total of six structures were involved in the fires, officials say. Intense flames could be seen coming off these homes as firefighters worked to extinguish them. Details were scarce as of 5:45 p.m.
