VisitSeveral Nations, Including Canada and Netherlands, to Arrest Netanyahu and Gallant on ICC War Crimes Warrants

The Netherlands, Canada, Switzerland, and Belgium have announced their readiness to act upon the International Criminal Court's (ICC) arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for alleged war crimes in Palestine. Dutch Foreign Minister Caspar Veldkamp confirmed that the Netherlands would arrest Netanyahu if he enters the country, stating, 'We are obliged to cooperate with the ICC and we will also do that. We abide 100% by the Rome Statute.' Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau affirmed that Canada would abide by international law and arrest Netanyahu should he come to Canada. Switzerland's Federal Office of Justice also announced preparedness to cooperate with the ICC and arrest Netanyahu if he enters Switzerland. The ICC has issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant for alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity in Palestine.
