Seventeen people were killed in two mass shootings in Lusikisiki, a remote town in South Africa's Eastern Cape, on Friday night. The victims included 15 women and 2 men, with one survivor in critical condition. In one house, 13 people were killed, including 12 women and 1 man. The shootings occurred hours apart at two homes.
