This company, which has contracts with the federal government, received investment from Chinese firm Ten Cent. The Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency suspended the process to grant Kelly's company clearance for U.S. defense work due to these ties. Allegations have surfaced that the surveillance balloons were used by China to spy on U.S. military bases during the Biden-Harris administration. Additionally, a restraining order has been issued against Kelly, and he has financial ties to another Chinese company, Shaklee.
