VisitSecure Parking Fined $10.95M for Misleading Customers

Secure Parking has been fined $10.95 million by the Federal Court after it was found to have misled customers through its "Secure-a-Spot" online parking service. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) pursued the company in court, alleging that the service made false or misleading claims over a period of five years, falsely pledging to reserve parking spots for customers.
