These filings are crucial for the approval process of exchange-traded funds (ETFs). The SEC's discussions with ETF issuers about Solana's status preceded the removal, sparking rumors of a potential withdrawal by the issuers. Despite the removal of these filings, VanEck's head of digital asset research confirmed that the Solana ETF prospectus remains active.
