The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved Grayscale's Bitcoin Mini Trust, a new spot Bitcoin ETF, for listing on NYSE Arca. This development represents a significant milestone for Grayscale, as the Bitcoin Mini Trust offers a lower-cost option with management fees of 0.15%. The trust, under the ticker 'BTC,' will distribute shares to GBTC shareholders. However, final trading is pending the approval of the S-1 registration statement. Grayscale's Spot Bitcoin ETF has also been approved for listing on NYSE Arca.
