Saudi Aramco, Linde, and SLB Partner for Major Carbon Capture Project in Jubail, Holding 60% Stake to Capture 9 Million Tons

Saudi Aramco has entered into a shareholders' agreement with Linde and SLB to develop one of the largest carbon capture and storage (CCS) hubs globally, located at its refining and chemicals facility in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Aramco will hold a 60% stake in the project, which aims to capture and store approximately 9 million tons of emissions. This initiative is part of Aramco's broader strategy to reduce emissions and enhance sustainability efforts in the region.
