San Jose police have arrested Julio Cesar Cortez, a 19-year-old man, in connection with a sexual assault that occurred near Camden and Lancaster in February. Cortez was apprehended in San Bernardino, Southern California, with assistance from the San Bernardino Police Department. The victim has yet to be identified. Authorities state that Cortez is currently awaiting extradition to Las Vegas.
