The deployment of these AI agents is supported by Salesforce's Data Cloud, Einstein Trust Layer, and the Salesforce Platform. According to Salesforce, these advancements will enable businesses to scale, improve efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction. The announcement was made during the Dreamforce 2024 event, where the importance of data, supervision, and customizability for AI agents was emphasized. Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff highlighted these features on Friday.
