Salesforce Launches Agentforce AI Agents at Dreamforce 2024, Partners with NVIDIA

Salesforce has launched Agentforce, a suite of AI-powered autonomous agents, during its Dreamforce 2024 event. The new platform integrates AI agents into Salesforce's ecosystem, including Marketing and Commerce Clouds, and Slack. Agentforce allows users to build and customize AI agents with low code in Agentforce Studio and integrates third-party agents from companies like Adobe, Workday, and Asana. Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff emphasized the transformative potential of AI agents, inspired by a conversation with Steve Jobs. Additionally, Salesforce has partnered with NVIDIA to enhance AI-driven workflows across sales, service, and marketing. This partnership aims to leverage NVIDIA’s AI platform to boost innovation in AI agent capabilities. The event also highlighted Salesforce’s Customer360 and streamed keynotes on Salesforce+.
