Ryan Blaney secured his second win of the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season at Pocono Raceway, known as the Tricky Triangle, by winning The Great American Getaway 400. This victory marks Blaney's 12th career win and his second at Pocono, seven years after his first career win at the same track. Team Penske, Blaney's team, has now won four of the last seven Cup races. Blaney, driving car No. 12, held off Denny Hamlin, who finished second, and Alex Bowman, who finished third. William Byron and Joey Logano rounded out the top five. This win is also significant for Ford Performance, as it is their first Pocono win in four years.
