Alexander Malkevich, founder of a Russian propaganda network and wanted by the United States, was present in Tbilisi during Georgia’s parliamentary elections on October 26. Malkevich, who is sanctioned by the U.S. for his involvement in the 2016 U.S. presidential election interference, attended a ruling party campaign event and received accreditation from the Central Election Commission. The U.S. government has offered a $10 million reward for information leading to his location. Malkevich claimed that the Georgian people want to cooperate with Russia, aligning with their national interests.
