Russian forces have launched multiple missile attacks on Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city, resulting in significant casualties and damage. According to Ukrainian officials, the strikes have killed at least three people and injured 16 others. The regional Governor, Oleg Synegubov, confirmed the fatalities and injuries. One of the missiles hit an apartment building, causing destruction and fire, as reported by the city's mayor, Ihor Terekhov. The attacks targeted three different sites within the city.
