Sergey Naryshkin, the director of Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), has asserted that Russia is close to achieving the objectives set in its 'special military operation' in Ukraine. In an interview with the magazine 'Razvedchik', Naryshkin stated that the Russian army holds the strategic initiative on all fronts and that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are on the verge of collapse.
