On the night of September 27, Russian forces launched a drone attack on the Odesa region of Ukraine, targeting the port city of Izmail on the Danube River. The attack resulted in the deaths of at least three elderly civilians—two women aged 89 and 68, and a 73-year-old man—and injured at least 15 others, including a child.
