Russia has unveiled a new nuclear doctrine, lowering its threshold for nuclear engagement while continuing its invasion of Ukraine. Despite rising nuclear tensions, Russia maintains emergency hotlines with the U.S. and NATO for urgent communications. Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko emphasized that the updates are meant to ensure Moscow's security by all available means.
