Russia announced it will target U.S. media in response to actions taken by the United States against Russian state broadcaster RT. This was confirmed by Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova on Thursday. Retaliatory measures are being planned against the U.S. sanctions imposed on Rossiya Segodnya media group, the parent company of Sputnik. Moscow's response comes after the U.S. Justice Department's move.
