Ukraine's Intelligence Chief Kyrylo Budanov has revealed that Russia's plan before the full-scale invasion of Ukraine was not merely an occupation but a genocide of the Ukrainian population. According to Budanov, the Russian strategy included execution lists targeting teachers, journalists, priests, veterans, and public figures, as well as the use of mobile crematoria and the creation of mass graves. This chilling preparation was aimed at eradicating Ukrainian identity and culture, indicating that genocide was a state policy of the Russian Federation.
