Russia has escalated its drone attacks on Ukraine, with Odesa being hit by 10 Iranian-made Shahed drones equipped with thermobaric warheads. These high-explosive warheads are designed to inflict maximum damage on civilians, creating a 'fire cloud' that spreads widely. The attacks have resulted in damage to residential buildings, high-rise and office structures, and vehicles in Odesa. Similar attacks have also been reported in Kyiv and Kharkiv. Ukrainian officials are calling for more international support, particularly in air defense capabilities, to counter these attacks. Meanwhile, Russia claims to have downed 50 drones across seven of its regions, including the Bryansk region. The drone strike on Odesa occurred as a top EU diplomat arrived in Kyiv.
