Russian Foreign Ministry official Oleg Tyapkin stated that Russia is seeking to hold talks with Germany to ensure it fulfills its international obligations in combating terrorism. The complaint follows the escape of a key suspect in Poland. Additionally, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov accused the United States of assisting Ukraine in the sabotage, suggesting that media reports are attempting to deflect attention from the true perpetrators.
