Russia's Foreign Spy Service Chief, Sergey Naryshkin, has stated that Russia does not believe Ukraine acted alone in the recent incursion into Russia's Kursk region. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov further asserted that the United States' involvement in the incident is 'a fact,' according to TASS. Ryabkov mentioned that the US is pursuing an escalation scenario in the Kursk region situation. The Russian Foreign Ministry has indicated that the United States is aware of the consequences of its involvement, and Moscow is responding to these actions.
