Russia Claims Ukraine Attempted to Seize 'Krym-2' Drilling Platform with 14 Boats, Sank 8

The Russian Ministry of Defense claims that Ukrainian forces attempted to seize the 'Krym-2' jack-up drilling platform in the Black Sea overnight. According to the Russian MoD, the operation involved a naval landing using 14 American Willard Sea Force boats to seize the mobile platform. The Russian Black Sea Fleet reportedly sank 8 of these boats. The operation was also reportedly thwarted by Spetsnaz Archangel.
