Russia Accuses Ukraine of Kursk Nuclear Provocation, Ukraine Denies

Russia has accused Ukraine of planning to use 'dirty bombs' and attack nuclear plants, including a provocation at the Kursk Nuclear Plant, claims that have been strongly refuted by Ukraine. Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson, Heorhii Tykhyi, stated that Ukraine does not possess or plan to acquire such weapons. The Russian Defense Ministry has warned of immediate retaliation if Ukraine proceeds with any plans that could lead to radioactive contamination in Europe. Russia has also urged the United Nations and the International Atomic Energy Agency to condemn Ukraine's alleged provocations at Russian nuclear sites.
