The agreement involves Giuliani paying $100,000 in cash and using proceeds from the future sale of his multi-million dollar homes to satisfy $400,000 in administrative bankruptcy fees. This settlement will allow Giuliani to avoid testifying about his finances and paves the way for the dismissal of his Chapter 11 case. The proposed order includes terms related to the sale of Giuliani's properties in New York City or Florida. This comes after Giuliani was ordered to pay a $148 million defamation judgment against Freeman and Moss, and an estimated $350,000 in administrative fees.
