Court of Appeals ruled against Giuliani due to his efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election results, which involved making baseless claims of election fraud. Giuliani's law license had been suspended since last year pending disciplinary proceedings. The court imposed reciprocal discipline in line with the New York disbarment.
