Aug 21, 2024, 09:20 AM
Romanian authorities conducted a series of raids on the homes of Andrew and Tristan Tate on August 21, 2024, as part of a new investigation into allegations of human trafficking, money laundering, and crimes involving minors, including sexual intercourse with a minor. The raids, carried out by Romania's Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT), targeted four locations in Bucharest and Ilfov County, including the Tate brothers' residence. The investigation follows previous charges against the Tates, who have been awaiting trial on accusations of human trafficking and rape. The brothers' head of security, Bogdan Stancu, was also questioned in connection with the fresh allegations.
