Robert Downey Jr. is set to earn significantly more than $80 million to portray the character Doctor Doom in two upcoming 'Avengers' movies, according to sources. Downey's contract includes various perks such as private jet travel, dedicated security, and a trailer encampment. The actor's return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) was contingent on the Russo Brothers directing the films. The Russo Brothers, Anthony and Joe, are reportedly receiving $80 million to direct 'Avengers: Doomsday' and 'Avengers: Secret Wars'. Downey previously made $450 million for his role as Tony Stark/Iron Man in nine MCU films. Additionally, Downey's salary includes $50 million per movie with the potential to double based on box office incentives.
