Richard Allen, a 52-year-old resident of Delphi, Indiana, was found guilty on all charges for the murders of Abigail 'Abby' Williams, 13, and Liberty 'Libby' German, 14. The teenage girls disappeared during a hike along the Monon High Trail in February 2017.
