Putin Warns of Oreshnik Missile Strikes on Kyiv's Decision-Making Centers at CSTO Summit

Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced at the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) summit in Astana that the Russian General Staff and the Ministry of Defense are currently selecting targets for an Oreshnik missile strike in Ukraine, with potential targets including decision-making centers in Kyiv. Putin emphasized that Russia has prepared several missiles for this purpose, in response to Ukraine's repeated attempts to attack targets in Moscow and St. Petersburg. He also warned that in the event of a massive use of Oreshnik missiles in a single strike, their power would be comparable to the use of nuclear weapons, indicating Russia's readiness to escalate its military actions. Russia is also increasing its missile production by a quarter and developing new missile systems, including the Iskander, which Putin highlighted as a significant weapon in its arsenal.
