Pro-Russia hacking groups have conducted cyberattacks against South Korea following North Korea's dispatch of troops to Russia to support its war against Ukraine, according to Seoul's presidential office. The South Korean government held an emergency intra-agency meeting to address the cyber threats and plans to enhance its capabilities to respond to such attacks. Officials did not disclose the names of the hacking groups involved.
