Police in Scotland are investigating a new allegation of sexual assault against former Scottish First Minister Alex Salmond. The allegation, described as 'non-recent,' comes weeks after the 69-year-old Salmond's sudden death in North Macedonia last month. Reports indicate that up to six women approached the Scottish National Party (SNP) more than two years ago with complaints. Salmond, who was the leader of the Alba Party at the time of his death, has previously faced similar allegations. The investigation, reported by Carlos Alba, is ongoing, and police are currently assessing the new complaint.
