Jan 12, 2025, 12:20 PM
Los Angeles police responded to a report of a possible burglary at Vice President Kamala Harris's Brentwood home early Saturday morning, around 4:30 a.m. Officers found no evidence of a burglary but detained two men dressed in black, who were arrested on suspicion of violating a curfew related to the nearby Palisades Fire evacuation zone. The men were questioned and later released. The Secret Service also responded to the incident. The Palisades Fire, Los Angeles' largest active wildfire, has destroyed over 23,600 acres and is only 11% contained, threatening the affluent Brentwood neighborhood where Harris's home is located.
