Poland and Raytheon Sign $1.23 Billion Deal for 48 Patriot Launchers

Poland has signed a significant agreement with Raytheon Technologies Corp. and state-owned PGZ Huta Stalowa Wola to produce components for the Patriot air-defense systems. The deal, valued at $1.23 billion, involves the production of 48 M903 launchers, which are part of the Patriot air defense systems. This initiative is part of Poland's broader strategy to enhance its air and missile defense capabilities. The manufacturing will take place in Poland, reflecting a strengthening of defense cooperation between Poland and the U.S. Additionally, a $1.2 billion offset agreement has been signed as part of this collaboration.
