VisitPhillies Tie Game in Bottom Six with Back-to-Back Homers from Harper and Castellanos in NLDS
Oct 6, 2024, 10:01 PM
In a dramatic turn of events, the Philadelphia Phillies tied the game against the New York Mets in the bottom of the sixth inning of the NLDS. Bryce Harper and Nick Castellanos hit back-to-back home runs, electrifying the crowd at Citizens Bank Park. Harper's homer was followed by Castellanos, who had been booed earlier in the game, hitting a no-doubt, game-tying homer to left field. Severino threw two terrible pitches, leading to the game being tied at 3-3. This happened two innings after Castellanos had been booed.
