Pelosi Invests Millions in Tech Call Options Including GOOGL, AMZN, NVDA Before Trump's Inauguration

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has disclosed several substantial stock trades ahead of President Trump's inauguration, according to recent filings made on Inauguration Day. Pelosi purchased up to $500,000 in call options for both Alphabet Inc. (GOOGL) and Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN), each with a strike price of $150 expiring on January 16, 2026. She also bought up to $500,000 in Nvidia Corp. (NVDA) call options, up to $1 million in Vistra Corp. (VST) call options, and up to $500,000 in Apple Inc. (AAPL) call options. Additionally, Pelosi invested in Palo Alto Networks (PANW) and Atlassian Corp. (TEAM). She also acquired between $50,000 and $100,000 in Tempus AI (TEM) call options. The trades were initiated on January 13th and disclosed on Inauguration Day. Pelosi exercised 50,000 shares of Nvidia via calls, sold 10,000 shares valued between $1 million and $5 million, and still maintains a position in the company. In total, Pelosi filed over $2 million in call options on Inauguration Day.
